Story

Our story

DeMar Group started in 2019 with one goal: bring reliable, qualified construction workers to international projects, and take the whole administrative chain off the client's plate. Seven years on, we've placed hundreds of people across eight European countries, on jobs ranging from automotive plants and shopping centers to one of Germany's largest energy infrastructure programs. We're still small enough to know every project we run, and big enough to mobilize fast when it matters.

Every worker we deploy is fully compliant with the local regulations of the country where the work takes place. The exact paperwork chain depends on the engagement model: under subcontracting we handle everything end-to-end; under direct contract we support your team through onboarding and beyond. Either way, the paperwork is right from day one.

Local registration and tax IDs verified for every worker (e.g. Anmeldung and Steueridentifikationsnummer in Germany)
