Mode 01

Direct contract

Your company contracts the worker directly. We handle the search, qualification, paperwork and onboarding. You get a vetted, ready-to-start profile on your payroll, with full administrative compliance from day one.

Mode 02

Subcontracting

DeMar contracts the worker and provides them to your project. We carry the employer liability, payroll, accommodation and on-site coordination. You get the workforce on a service contract, with no HR overhead on your side.
